Generally, we advise express delivery for sample and small order. Cuz it's more quickly and convenient for you. DHL, EMS, TNT, FEDEX, UPS: 3-5 days to North America, Europe, Asia and Australia, 7-10 days to other countries.

A: Yes. Please send us the samples or samples for copying.

A: For some models, 30 pairs can be acceptable. For most customized models, 30-60 pairs would be OK.

Q: How are the products packed?
A: Our standard package is bag, box and carton while it also can be packed as your indication.
Q: Is it possible to get a sample before I place an order?
A: Yes, we can send you a sample at your cost. Sample charge will be refunded in bulk order based on your quantity. Generally, samples can be sent out to you within 7 days.
Q: How long will you ship my order?
A: Generally speaking, delivery time will be 15-35 days after deposit. However, your order size and our production schedule will be taken into account.
Q: May I know if you provide customs clearance documents?
A: Yes, we provide the necessary invoice and packing list. For other documents, like OC, please contact us in advance so that we will have time to prepare those for you.
